Adam HoyleAdam Hoyle FCMA Managing Director

Adam Hoyle has significant experience of public sector procurement, especially in the fields of PFI/PPP and shared services. He has held senior positions in major organisations committed to the improvement and delivery of public services and has presented at national conferences, supporting organisations such as the CBI, ODPM and the NLGN.

He has contributed evidence and experience to reviews undertaken by the House of Commons Public Sector Accounts Committee and the Strategic Partnering Task Force at the Office of the Deputy Prime minister.

Adam has personally led the bid teams for many public sector opportunities. He has managed highly successful business development teams of up to 40 people working on opportunities ranging from £100k’s up to major partnering contracts measured in the hundreds of millions. Adam has also successfully tendered for framework agreements such as OGC Catalist and NHS PASA.

Andrew MorganAndrew Morgan Technical Director

Andrew Morgan has 18 years experience building enterprise wide software systems, specialising in collaboration and workflow solutions. He has held senior positions in software houses working around the world in places such as Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Venezuela and the USA. He has a proven track record in R&D having developed applications for various markets including, Airtime Sales, Fleet Management, Bid Management and Human Resources.

Andrew has extensive project management skills having run successful projects with timescales from 2 weeks to 3 years. He has wide-ranging experience having used various project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Scrum and DSDM. He has project managed successful bid teams tendering for a wide range of frameworks agreements.

Jo Griffiths Jo Griffiths Head of Research

Jo is a proven professional with 16 years experience. Her career includes extensive experience in business development, operations management and programme management. Jo has broad experience across all areas of the Public Sector with a strong background in Local Government where she has been involved in the development, design and delivery of major Public Private Partnerships for Local Government as well as experience in Central Government and the Third Sector.

Jo's key strengths in business development include product development, strategic business development, account management, bid management and bid writing. Jo has successfully improved the business development win rate for organizations she has worked for by successfully designing and implementing a series of bid improvement techniques.
