TenderEyescontains a comprehensive Bid Management application. Multiple bids across multiple division of a business can be managed all from within the TenderEyes™ application.

Document management is a central process within the bid process. TenderEyes™ controls multiple version of a document along with check In/Out facilities. Documents can be split into separate sections and assigned to different members of the bid team. Alerts and reminders will ensure everybody knows what is needed and more importantly when it’s needed.

Project and Bid Managers can be certain of the status of a bid at all times!

 

TenderEyes™ contains the following information around the bid;

Informative Dashboards and configurable approval processes ensure the management team are fully aware of all the bids that are active within the company. These dashboards can be tailored to the responsibilities of the manager; finance director, CEO, sales, operations etc.

Resource planning, absence management and project management are areas of the application that can utilised to further tune and enhance the organisations’ overall bid management capabilities. Teams can be re-assigned and individuals can quickly pick up issues as the system will give them immediate sight of all the actions and responsibilities of the person that they are replacing. This could be critical in times of high absence level.
